0323Fire Station Davos

The new fire station and workshop area in Davos Dorf integrates harmoniously into the surroundings, offering a functional structure with clear segmentation. The site consists of three volumes: a base with the fire station and workshop, a residential block, and a bus depot. The project takes the topography into account, creating spacious outdoor areas. Sustainability is supported by greenery, rainwater management, and photovoltaic facades. The respectful approach to the existing buildings, minimal interventions, and flexible adaptation to future needs ensure efficient operations and a high quality of life for employees and residents. Additionally, the ecological design promotes good connectivity and biodiversity.
