The school building, with its striking volume, forms both the urban endpoint and gateway to the new neighborhood. It is oriented towards the central park, integrates seamlessly into the landscape, and offers high-quality outdoor spaces. Its compact footprint allows for generous, sustainable green areas and diverse uses of open space.
