0318School Lärche Arbon

The school center is architecturally well integrated into its surroundings, forming a clear transition to the low-density residential area to the west. The compact building features a recessed ground floor that creates a sheltered threshold space, connecting interior and exterior. The slightly projecting sports hall emphasizes the main entrance. Functional zoning places administration and staff areas in the west, offering retreat and access to outdoor spaces, while the cafeteria near the entrance serves as a social hub. The architecture is complemented by diverse open spaces that promote quality of stay, movement, and interaction with nature. A clear path network ensures accessibility for all users.
