The diverse context informs the urban design, giving the site a distinct identity while providing a variety of functional qualities. The school and residential buildings are organized into two volumes that respond sensitively to their surroundings in terms of height, scale, and orientation. A tranquil, green courtyard forms a central outdoor space for all users, complemented by varied exterior areas that encourage interaction and leisure. The buildings address light, noise, and neighboring structures, optimizing the site and creating synergies between public and private spaces. Flexible structural solutions allow future adaptation, foundations accommodate height variations, and rooftops offer additional recreational and communal areas.
