0249Communaux d’Ambilly Thônex
The new "Communaux d’Ambilly" residential district combines the original beauty of the Geneva landscape with the low-density post-war development. Surrounded by spacious green areas and a wooded natural boundary to the northeast, the site opens to the south with views of the Salève and Mont Blanc. The planned plots are arranged along a new east–west boulevard, which serves as the main axis for traffic and local amenities. While the boulevard allows for denser construction, the peripheral areas remain open and flowing. The two car-free plots have directly connected underground garages, good pedestrian access, and sustainable transport connections.
