The design integrates as a long, confident building parallel to the main traffic axis within the heterogeneous industrial area, featuring gently sloped shed roofs that relate to the surrounding structures. A circulation system separates traffic flows and ensures optimal access. Important installations and work areas are located in the northern part, while pedestrian and parking areas are arranged in the south. The "everything under one roof" concept minimizes internal paths and optimizes workflows. Two climatically separated layers divide the building: the "cold layer" for vehicles and storage, and the "warm layer" for administration, laboratories, and workshops, constructed in durable concrete.
