The four-story new building integrates harmoniously into the typical local ensemble of tall, orthogonal structures following the topography. The open space concept incorporates existing landscape elements and enhances the tree population, creating diverse outdoor areas. The architecture features a compact, economical, and ecological volume with a prefabricated concrete façade. Inside, flexible functions are organized around a central core housing circulation and social spaces. Large windows provide visual connections to the landscape. Efficient vertical and horizontal pathways connect all areas. Public entrances and specialized spaces are clearly structured, ensuring optimal functionality and communication.
