The placement of the elongated building in the centre of the provided space generates a profitable solution for all sides. A wide esplanade will be developped to the north of the building. As a counterpart, a recessed framed garden is to be created to the south. Along the Freiestrasse, three volumes separated by narrow passages are planned as replacement buildings.
