The project comprises six residential buildings at the Pont Rouge rail area, situated between the tracks and the green hillside of Petit-Lancy. Architecturally, the buildings respond with closed facades to strict OPAM regulations along the tracks, while opening towards the park with semi-private, landscaped courtyards that connect to the "promenade des crêtes." Different housing types—family apartments, a student residence, and social housing —are combined in a cohesive urban ensemble. The ground floors include communal spaces, studios, cafés, and shops, fostering activity and social diversity. Flexible apartment layouts, guest rooms, fitness, and common areas complement the living offer. The facades are uniformly designed with brick bands, concrete frames, and glass blocks, providing both protection and transparency. The project aims to create a mixed, community-oriented neighborhood that engages with both the city and the park.
