The building project has been listed in the Swiss Sustainable Building Standard SNBS since 2013 and served as a pilot project for the further development of SNBS. The overall score of 5.4 (scale 1-6) is made up of the sub-scores for society 5.6, economy 5.4 and environment 5.3."
