Planned for the centre of Grand-Saconnex is a new hous­ing develop­ment that will func­tion as an urban centre. This ambi­tious goal of the “Projet Carantec” can be realized only by an urban­ist­ically sophis­ticated project that contains mixed utiliza­tions that are care­fully coordi­nated with one another. The heart of the complex is an open plaza flanked by a row of shaped architec­tural volumes.
