Location in the middle of Lucerne, directly on the Reuss River and next to the Jesuit Church
At the site of the existing theatre, a solution was sought for a greatly enlarged, multifunctional theatre with opera, drama and dance, which would take into account the prominent but sensitive location in the urban development.
