A compact three-storey building closes off the plot with the existing fire station and a maintenance depot. Its angular shape creates a common court­yard with clear references between the buildings. A bend in the street façade gives it a strong presence and an un­mistakable identity. The square in front complements the open and positive image of the police building.

The inner three-storey atrium is clearly arranged and serves as a communication and meeting place between the population and the police.
